Three ingredients and about fifteen minutes. Nutella is roughly half sugar and a third fat, so it does the job of the butter and the sugar at once — which is why this works with no mixer, no creaming and no chilling. The result is dense and fudgy with a soft crackled top. Made on the channel by Maya.

Method
- Heat the oven to 180 °C / 350 °F and line a tray with parchment.
- Spoon the Nutella into a mixing bowl.
- Add the egg and stir until smooth and glossy.
- Add the flour and mix until it comes together into a thick, uniform dough that pulls from the sides of the bowl.
- Scoop rounded balls onto the lined tray, leaving space between them — they spread.
- Bake 8–10 minutes, until the tops are set and lightly crackled.
- Cool on the tray for 5 minutes before moving them. They firm up as they cool.
From the video: Take them out while the centres still look soft. There is no leavening here and a lot of sugar, so they set fast on the hot tray — waiting until the middle looks baked is what turns them hard instead of fudgy.
